IntoTheWild was founded by a group of local hikers, guides, and outdoor enthusiasts who share one belief: Azerbaijan’s landscapes deserve to be explored, not just admired from a distance.
From the alpine ridgelines of the Greater Caucasus to the otherworldly mud volcanoes of Gobustan, Azerbaijan is one of the most biodiverse and geographically varied countries in the world yet most of it remains off the radar for both locals and international visitors.
We run guided group expeditions led by certified local guides, publish resources for self-guided wild camping, and are building a community of people passionate about responsible outdoor exploration.
